I love this drill. My old V18 Milwaukee had it's chuck give out after 5 or 8 years of heavy home service. Did not consider any other maker. Was a bit concerned about the extra power and a description that suggested this might be bigger and/or heavier than my current model. Very surprised to see it's more powerful and smaller! A bit heavier but not hard to manage.. Battery charged won't power my old V18 batteries ( I still have a SawzAll) so have to have both chargers running. Drill/screwdriver/hammer all work fine. Chuck more positive and easier to handle than before. Even the LED spotlight that I thought would be gimmicky works great, and I wished I had such a feature years ago. Battery life seems comparable to the old unit. My old batteries had one failure after about 2 years, so the 3 year warranty on the new batteries is reassuring. The only negative is the reversing switch is slightly smaller and slightly harder to push all the way to get into reverse. Was happy to find this model without the smart phone app (what a waste that would be for a home tool) at a reduced cost. Overall, very happy with this product and very happy to stay in the Milwaukee family.
