I'm 6'1", 240 lbs. I ordered the 2x according to my thigh size. Ordered one size up for breathing room. Tried them on and the thigh fit a little more snug than anticipated. Decent fit though. Downside, the back adjustment is as small as it will go, and I can pull the front belt all the way through till the buckle hits the end (all the way to where the belt exits the thigh area) and it's still to big. Will have to add more holes and grommets to the back. Its also about 8 inches too long but that's an easy fix. Quality is good and the liner is nice. Looks good but the sizing is all jacked up. Would fit SpongeBob well. These chaps are awesome!!! I ordered these to replace my chaps that I was wearing when I crashed my HD Fatboy in March 2021. Those chaps were damaged by pit marks and scratches around the knee area from the crash. The damaged ones were HD deluxe and the replacement cost was about $300. I found the Milwaukee leather chaps for under $170. The Milwaukee leather chaps are a higher quality leather and also are quilted lined. Which gives better comfort, warmth and protection. This is a superior product!Bought these as a used product and couldn't be happier. The price was better than right, and the fit was perfect. Now for warmer weather.Good quality leather, solid zippers and snaps. Deceptive thigh sizing. I purchased XL for the 26” thigh as I measured my old pair and that was perfect. The Milwaukee pair in XL has a 24” thigh even though the sizing guide says 26”, too tight to be comfortable. Will be returning. After several attempts of finding a pair that fit, I finally found these. They are very comfy, easy to get on and my my butt look good. I’m satisfied! I am about 5’5’-5’6’ and around 170lbs and ordered a 2X. I have big thighs but a smaller waist so these were great! The leather quality was excellent (no weird smells out of the box). Size SML was on the verge of being too large for a 32" waist. Could just add some extra grommets in the back to overlap/tighten, but my flannel jeans are thick enough to wear as is. Cut about 1.5" off legs with razor knife and shop scissors. Tempted to use pinking shears for a diamond effect, but straight cut looks fine. This now fit 29-30" inseam and looked bad a$$ with my Carolina boots on. These were extremely affordable and the snap-in liners are winter gravy.A MUST HAVE when riding motorcycles. Definitely great quality and the price was fairI like the pockets on each leg , very comfortable and affordableThe belt loop "fell off" just putting them on. During my ride we stopped and I pulled on the belt and heard some stitches break that attach the belt to the chaps. Quality of leather is good, snap out lining is nice. Overall pretty good but they do fit tight in the thighs. I don't think I have abnormally big thighs but they are tight around the thighs. I would recommend them, maybe I just got the "made Friday afternoon before a long weekend pair".Had to get a bigger size from first ordered. Very easy company to deal with
